Our company works to ensure the profitability of global exporters and importers of refined crude products and other resources by mitigating the economic and financial risks associated with such enterprises. We specialize in refined crude products such as gasoline, jet fuel, mazut and especially gasoil. We also deal in solid minerals such as coal, bitumen, copper, gold, and lithium.

In the future, we hope to expand into other energy resource areas including hydroelectric, geothermal, nuclear, and renewable and alternative energy. Our high value clientele, reputable companies with records to back their performance, generally trade monthly quantities of diesel and gasoil products upwards of 50,000 metric tons to 1,000,000 metric tons. Our prime customers are also end-users of these products located in the Western region of Africa, the Middle East and South Africa.

We conduct extensive due diligence on West and North African importers by screening company operations, determining financial capability and historical performance, verifying banking status, and identifying the best trading matches of exporters and importers of refined crude products. By grouping together cohorts of indigenous off takers that have limited ability to import large quantities of product, we facilitate deals that would otherwise be economically disadvantageous if done on an individual basis.

While our competitors are limited in their services as a result of their generic business models, our strategy grants us certain advantages. Our competitors, who bring their product to market and sell to whomever can afford to pay, are at risk of suffering great losses due to a lack of committed purchasers of their product.

Our strategy, conversely, provides a more reliable scheme by guaranteeing purchasers from within our cohorts, thereby reducing the risk both to ourselves and our client organizations. This is accomplished in three ways: 1) by coordinating international business negotiations, and all necessary global trade documents and instrument including FCOs, ICPOs, draft contracts, LCs, and shipping documents between our client cohorts and sellers; 2) by establishing client/seller matches based on required pricing, quantity level, payment method, delivery schedule, loading, destination, financial capability, and other criteria; and 3) by maintaining specific profiles on each of our clients and cohorts, including records of their requests, offers, and transactions, all of which are kept confidential.
